Hey there! Konami has just dropped the news that they’ll be hosting a Silent Hill stream later this week. It’s an event that’s sure to grab attention as they reveal more about Silent Hill f, a game that cheekily dispenses with traditional capitalization rules.
Although there have been some recent developments in the Silent Hill universe, like the impressive Silent Hill 2 Remake collaboration between Konami and Bloober Team, it’s been quite a while since we saw a new mainline installment. Silent Hill f seems set to fill that eerie gap.
Mark your calendars: this Silent Hill broadcast is scheduled for March 13 at 10 PM GMT. If you’re in the U.S., that translates to 3 PM PDT or 6 PM ET. Once the livestream goes live, we’ll link it right here. However, you can probably catch it on the official Silent Hill YouTube channel.
So, what should you expect from the stream? Konami teased, “This Transmission will uncover SILENT HILL f,” and game director Al Yang chimed in with, “Excited to finally be able to share what we’ve been cooking.”
For those needing a memory jog, f was first revealed during a Silent Hill transmission back in 2022 alongside the buzzed-about SH2 remake from Bloober. The game is being developed by Neobards Entertainment, with the storyline penned by Ryukishi07 of the When They Cry visual novel fame.
Our Silent Hill aficionado, Kelsey, described the initial Silent Hill f teaser—which featured an eerily stylish flower hat—as “rather fascinating and stylized.” So, if you’re into spine-tingling experiences, this showcase should definitely be on your radar.
